Answer the telephone efficiently and effectively and transfer calls to the relevant person, take messages and pass on accordingly

Provide refreshments to visitors and at internal meetings

Be responsible for all room bookings for meetings, pool car booking

Be responsible for the opening, date stamping and sorting of all incoming mail (unless personalised) and deliver mail as soon as is practically possible.

Be responsible for all out going post
