Management Accountant

About the Role:
As a key player in the finance team, you'll have a diverse and hands-on role, overseeing critical financial functions that directly impact the business’s success. From managing month-end reporting to advising on financial risks and process improvements, your expertise will be crucial to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of preparing the monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Own the intercompany reconciliations and VAT returns process.
• Optimise and develop the use of the accounting system to enhance efficiency.
• Produce and evaluate insightful financial KPIs to support business decisions.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and risk management efforts.
• Contribute to annual audits and improve internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong experience in management accounting.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a bonus).
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with key business stakeholders.
