Contracts Manager

TS Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced Contracts Manager with commercial/industrial roofing or cladding experience to work with a roofing and cladding contractor based in Nottingham. 

Due to continued growth and success, this roofing contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts manager to join the successful delivery team, operating from the Nottingham office.

The Role

• As a contracts manager, you will play a vital role in the Operations team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Organise working/construction drawings with our draughtsman and clients
• Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.
• Project values up to £2m
