Forklift Driver wanted to drive a multidirectional / combilift truck,multiple positions are available with our well-established client in Kikby in Ashfield, Nottingham.
This company are well known locally, have operated in the area for over 40 years and what started as a small venture has rapidly grown into a well know UK firm which focuses on building products. The Forklift Driver willbe placed on a temp to permanent role with a view to go permanent after 13 weeks.
The Forklift Driver Role:
TheForklift Driverwill be required to work Monday to Friday on a combilift truck also know as a side loader, you will be required to load HGV vehicles with products to go to building sites aross the UK, you will also use the multidirectional FLT to unload product coming in for storage. You must load/unload the HGV Vehicles in a quick but safe manner following HSE guidelines, you will be required to driver a counterbalance flt truck the variation will be a multidirectional / combilift truck
Requirements for the Forklift Driver role:
TheForklift Driverwill require:
Valid Forklift licence accredited (RTITB or ITSAR etc)
Experience working on a forklift in a busy environment
Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Flexibility to work Saturdays if needed - this is very rare,
Hours for the Forklift Driver:
The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday on Days
Days -07:30am till 16:45pm(15:30pm finish friday)
The hourly rate for the Forklift Driver role is:
12.50 - 13.00 Per hour Monday to Friday (PAYE)
