Barker Ross is looking for an experienced Administrator to join a small team providing administration support for an industry leading coffin supplier in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Kirkby-In-Ashfield
Pay Rates: 11.44p/h
Shift Patterns: 9:30am - 17:30pm


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Working within a small team providing administration support
* Receiving phone calls from customers
* Answering calls, dealing with queries, and taking messages
* taking orders from regular and new clients
* Processing and scanning documents

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working within an office environment (preferable)
Proficient user of all MSO applications
Proven experience providing customer service to customers and clients over the phone
