Key Responsibilities - Senior Process Engineer
- Able to take a lead engineering role within a specific process team.
- Able to carry out multi-function/department improvement projects.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement to benefit capability, cost and reduce environmental impact.
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain and control Methods of Manufacture to ensure customer work packages are realized for coatings.
- Control and reduce costs to drive profitability in the factory by continuously challenging the methods of manufacture and the designs.
Key Skills - Senior Process Engineer
- Hold a relevant degree
- The ability to present technical findings through producing high quality technical reports and delivering professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and solve complex problems.
- Capable to work on multiple projects, managing project plans & time scales to ensure delivery.
- Knowledge of engineering problem solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
