You will play a vital role in supporting Children's Homes, Schools, and Therapeutic Teams with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job adverts and arrange interviews.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment administration.
  • Utilise in-house IT systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to ensure compliance.
  • Handle enquiries from candidates and colleagues, delivering exceptional administrative service.
