Administrator

Working Hours – 6am-2pm Monday to Friday

Contract – Temporary position forecasted to last around 8-16 weeks

Pay - £11.44 per hour, weekly pay paid every Friday.

Location – Kirkby, L33 area

Role Description

Key responsibilities:
-To work as part of the administration team so as to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the business
-To support with booking in drivers and deliveries

-Updating spreadsheets
-Have an awareness of both internal and external customers, communicating via telephone and email in a professional manner at all times
-Manage the shared admin mailbox, responding to internal queries and actioning requests.


Person specification:
-Excellent organisational skills and preferably some experience of working in an office environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Effective and efficient time management
-Demonstrates an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks
- Ability to work as part of a small team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Understands and implements processes
- Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
- Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
