Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other coatings to a variety of vehicles in a controlled spray booth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
  • Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other coatings using spray guns.
  • Ensure proper coverage, color, and finish according to specifications.
  • Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and spray booths.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of paints, coatings, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a spray painter in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with spray painting equipment and techniques.
  • Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and their applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
