Remedicare are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Team Leader to join our client in Kirkby.

This home is a 50 bedded service providing high quality care to its supporting residents with varying complex care. This home currently rated Requires Improvement with CQC.

Pay rate: 12.60 - 13.00 per hour
Hours: 36-48 Hours
Shift Pattern: 8:00am to 8:00pm, Days or Nights

Requirements for our Care Team Leader:

Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Carer within the UK (essential)
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
Medication Trained

Key Responsibilities of a Care Team Leader:

Setting the care team's task as a top priority
Attend staff meetings, clinical reviews, and case reviews as directed
Track residents' progress towards predetermined objectives
Assisting with all facets of daily life, such as events, mealtimes, and personal care
