About the Role:

Our client is a well-established, independent estate agency with deep roots in the local community. They are on the lookout for a super-organised, friendly, and proactive Sales and Lettings Assistant to join their small but busy team! This is a key role that keeps everything running smoothly—from managing diaries and emails to keeping the office in tip-top shape.

If you’re confident with admin, love a bit of variety in your day, and enjoy being the go-to person in a team, this could be a great fit for you. Experience is preferred however great organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General admin support – answering calls and emails, keeping documents organised, and assisting with tenancy repairs.
  • Diary and appointment management – booking in meetings, valuations, viewings, and team schedules.
  • Being the friendly face of the office – greeting clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Keeping records up to date – making sure client files and checklists are accurate and complete.
  • Supporting the wider team – helping wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
  • Out of office – assisting with viewings, preparation of tenancy inventories and end of tenancy check outs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales or lettings, or good admin experience – whether in an office, school, retail admin, customer service, or similar.
  • Excellent organisation – someone who likes ticking things off a to-do list.
  • Friendly, approachable and professional – you’re the type people trust to get things done.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car 
  • A team player – happy to help others but also confident working independently.
