Change Communications LeadFife based role | hybrid working available with 1 day per week in the officePart-Time role | 21 hours per week with flexibility on when these hours are workedContract role for up to 6 months | strong potential to be extended or made permanentEquivalent pay rate to £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)Search Consultancy are currently working with this Fife-based client to recruit this role as part of an ongoing Change project. The role will be offered on a Temp contract initially with a view to the role moving to a Fixed-Term contact with potential for the role to be made permanent.Reporting to the Head of Change, the successful candidate will be responsible for management & oversight of all Internal Comms including strategy, content & stakeholder management across the Change project.Duties involved in this role will include:* Working closely with the Head of Change to understand the impact of the Change project - developing & implementing a comms strategy in line with the project * Ensuring that tailored strategies are delivered to different audiences ensuring consistent use of the company's tone of voice & culture* Creating compelling content across the board in support of change initiatives* Tracking & measuring the effectiveness of comms, taking feedback wherever possible* Working closely with the heads of department across the company to ensure alignment of comms* Management of internal intranet content in relation to the Change project* Various other internal comms duties as requiredIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Proven previous experience in developing, implementing & managing successful internal comms strategies - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Solid & demonstrable experience of internal content development & adaptation of comms to suit different audiences* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to deal with & influence stakeholders at all levels* Strong IT skills including proficiency in using a wide variety of comms tools & platforms* Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to produce grammatically flawless and polished content (preferably with a portfolio of content to share)If this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
