As the Electrical Supervisor for this industrial project, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards. You will lead a team of electrical technicians, collaborate with project managers, and ensure that electrical works are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities across the project site.
- Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor and review electrical work to guarantee quality and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate electrical teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop work schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Perform quality control and conduct site inspections to ensure safe practices and proper installations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise as needed.
- Communicate with project managers to update progress and address any electrical-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any change orders.
Qualifications:
- GOLD ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial or construction environments.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and power distribution.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Experience managing and coordinating teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems is a plus.
