AC Engineer required to join a leading FM company in the Fife area. The AC Engineer will play a key role in PPM, fault finding, and reactive maintenance for various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV’s, and VRFs. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the Facilities Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure peak performance and longevity of air conditioning systems.
  • Service and maintain a variety of systems, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and AHUs, for optimal efficiency.
  • Respond swiftly to breakdowns and repairs of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial premises.
  • Complete general maintenance and repairs across diverse commercial sites to uphold high standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • F-Gas 2079 Certified.
  • Air Conditioning and Refrigeration NVQ Level 2&3 or City & Guilds qualification.
