Senior Care Assistants

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assitants to join our team at a care home in the local area. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and possess strong leadership skills to supervise and support residents.

Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a care home setting- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities- Develop and implement individualised care plans- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues- Drive positive outcomes for residents through compassionate care- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting

Experience:- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively- Proficient in developing and implementing care plans- Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues- Ability to drive positive outcomes for residents through compassionate care
