We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is empathetic, supportive, and has strong admin experience to join our clients team on a temporary basis, 20 hours per week.

We are partnering with a reputable organisation, based in Kirkcaldy, that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and process incoming phone calls, including recording the information on online databases.
  • Manage the reception area, including sign-in sheets, visitor login, deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail, and key handling.
  • Monitor and manage the info-mailbox, forwarding client requests, and sending out letters as requested by service teams.
  • Handle incoming online client referrals using FORT (training will be provided).
  • Prepare and frank mail, ensuring timely delivery.

Skills:

  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong database management skills.
  • Ability to empathise and communicate effectively with individuals in crisis.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
