What you'll be involved with on a day to day basis:

- Raising purchase orders

- Placing orders on the system

- Updating an in-house system, designed to order manage and invoice

- Cost analysis and ensuring that the best price point is achieved

- Bank reconciliations

- taking full ownership on the purchase ledger, invoice entry, supplier reconciliation, payment runs

- Cash book management, payment and receipts

- Month end assistance to the management accountant

What you'll come with:

- Experience working in a purchase ledger role

- Ability to work as a team

- IT skills

- Good and confident communication skills
