  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to help their success
  • Assist in creating and managing product listing our the company website and sales platforms
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure their credit accounts are up-to-date and resolve any queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer accounts
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
