Looking to recuit an experienced Legal Secretary who has previous experience working in a Private Client Department.Â
Main Responsibilities include:-
Providing typing and administration support to the Solicitor/Fee Earner.
• Opening and closing files
• Diary management, preparing Solicitors for external meetings
• Carry out money laundering and ID checks
• Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts
• Witnessing wills
• Liaising with Clients & SolicitorsÂ
• Attend client meetings
• Preparing conference rooms
• Provide support to other secretaries as and when required
• Assist with preparation of invoices
• Taking credit card payments
• Booking events, training etc
