Evolve is recruiting for a long-standing, family-owned independent pharmacy group, with branches across the picturesque North of Scotland!

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacist to provide cover to 3 branches across the stunning area of Orkney in the Highlands.

You will be primarily based in their busy branch in Kirkwall (KW15) 3 days per week, which dispenses around 14,500 items per month, however they have a state-of-the-art robot dispenser in place to assist. You will also spend 1 day per week at a 4000-item branch (KW16), and 1 day per week at a 5000-item branch (KW17).

Ideal backgrounds for the PharmacistGPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with some post-registration experience but happy to consider newly qualified.Up to date with Scottish Pharmacy Guidelines and services such as PharmacyFirst.Ideally IP qualified but happy to support in completing this.An adaptable and flexible team player.

Role Responsibilities for the PharmacistReporting to the branch Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract as well as local and private services.You will be flexible and adaptable, responding appropriately to the diverse needs of different patient groups.You will work within a well-developed framework with ample support from Senior Managers and head office staff.You will be supported through business needs-based investment and staff development to help us achieve our vision of providing an exceptional service to our local communities.
