Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring stock levels, merchandising, and store standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing action plans to drive growth.
