Our client is a well-established and growing company seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their team in Knaresborough.
- Salary: £50,000 plus excellent benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with all-around marketing expertise to lead and shape the company’s marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility, boost ROI, and drive lead generation. In addition, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by creating strategic marketing plans that align with and support the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and oversee the company's marketing budget
- Utilise market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning
- Lead and mentor a team of freelance marketing professionals
- Work closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies
- Oversee the organisation's digital and social media marketing efforts
- Proven experience in a similar marketing management role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
