Sales Support - Aesthetics The role assists and supports with the front line clinical sales managers and supports retention and growth of customer accounts through marketing and administrative support for the business and customers to attract more clientsDesired skills, knowledge and experience (ideally but not exclusively) would include experience in sales literature production, posters, online promotion, creation of specific customer social media promotional mini campaigns, biological knowledge, customer service, skin knowledge, sales and account management as well as experience in administration.We are keen to hear from persons with strong sales, admin and relationship skills who want to be part of a business that is highly rated and recognised in the medical aesthetic industry with 20 years history. We are the medical aesthetics company. We bring dermatology to aesthetics. We have a strong medical and scientific history. We need strong sales and relationship excellence to support the busy office and marketing team.The Role:The successful candidates with become part of an office team who support the clinical sales and training activity in the field with hundreds of medical aesthetic practices who SkinMed train and supply medically proven skin solutions for pigmentation, ageing, hydration, acne, rosacea, skin damage and more.
  • We are a highly respected player in this market since 2001 and we need to expand the sales support function., to strengthen relationships with existing customers, build increased levels of loyalty, promoting SkinMed protocols and assisting clinics in bringing new clients through their clinic doors.
  • The customer base ranges from national chains through Medically lead practices with multiple practitioners to single handed nurse practitioners and dentists
Package: (Once transitioned to Permanent post 12 weeks) 
  • Basic Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per year 
  • Other Pay Structures: 
    • Bonus scheme - To be confirmed at Interview 
    • Performance bonus - To be confirmed at Interview 
    • Yearly bonus - To be confirmed at Interview 
  • Full time: 35 hours per week
  • Working Hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm 
  • Holidays: 21 days holiday – plus bank holidays – Additional day each year up to 28
  • Extended paid leave over Christmas

The Candidate in Question: Would need a passion for skin, beauty and delivering blemish free smooth wrinkle free skin. Professional telephone skills, relationship strategy skills. Knowledge of science, biology and some chemistry would be an asset. Good organisational skills and experience in following Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring delivery of the marketing messages and documenting accurately and succinctly the outcome of calls and increasing sales and setting objectives and activities for future calls are skills we will be looking for.Part of our flexible working, we can agree, where possible.... To link to your office computer and office phone, from home, to facilitate remote working at times. However, please be aware that this is wholey defined as an 'office based job' in a covid secure environment.Prefered Experience:
  • Professional Telephone Account Management - 1 year (required)
  • Admin Skills with Wordpress, Shopify, Microsoft, ZOOM not essential but need to have aptitude
