Role Overview:Â We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join an expanding team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
Job: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £24,603.15 per annum
Hours: 8.45 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in a busy, office environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Collaborate with team members to support the smooth operation of the facility.
- Understand and perform the duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator effectively.
- Provide admin support.
