Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join an expanding team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.

Job: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £24,603.15 per annum

Hours: 8.45 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a busy, office environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Understand and perform the duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator effectively.
  • Provide admin support.
