Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing based in KnaresboroughSalary: £45 - £55k

Shifts:

• Days / Afters/ Nights
• 6-2/2-10/10-6
• Monday to Friday - 1 in 6 Saturdays

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose faults to determine the best course of action.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
• Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices.

We are keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Engineer with the following:

• NVQ level 3 
• Apprentice trained
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
