Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00

Our client is seeking a data-driven and process-oriented individual with excellent telephony skills to join their professional and well-established team as a Claims Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected company in a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly process claim form requests
• Process claims in line with agreed practices
• Identify and report any potential complaints to the Claims Manager
• Handle all incoming telephone enquiries
• Provide accurate and timely advice to members, anticipating potential issues
• Perform other office duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Process driven
• Confident telephone manner
• Claims experience preferred but not essential
• Strong IT skills
• Professional and patient demeanour
