We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team at a charming village pub. This role is ideal for someone who is diligent and can handle basic kitchen duties efficiently. Due to the pub’s location, having your own transport is essential.
Day-to-day of the role:- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
- No previous experience required, but must be hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good organisational skills.
- Must have access to personal transport due to the location of the pub.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Flexible shifts available, especially leading up to the festive period.
- Friday: 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- More shifts will be available next week and leading up to the festive period.
