They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their expanding Commercial Team in Harrogate for Maternity Cover.

Salary: £26,000 per annum 

Location: Knaresborough 

Fixed Term Contract 

The role: 

This role focuses on commercial and systems-based administrative tasks. You will support the Sales, Operations, and Senior Management Teams with various critical business tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Pet Food, Pet Treats, and Meat Sales Teams with processing and invoicing customer orders.
  • Support the Operations and Logistics Teams with production planning and stock management.
  • Aid the Marketing and Insights Teams with data input and key projects.
  • Minute taking
  • Documenting and filing correctly 
  • Expense processing
  • Perform a range of office-related tasks to ensure team efficiency.
  • Manage general office duties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and welcome visitors to the site.

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven track record in administration or office management.
  • Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
