My client are a leading construction group operating across a wide range of sectors including student accommodation, build-to-rent, residential, and commercial.
They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a 14m extra care project in North Yorkshire.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:
- Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
- Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
- Manage workforce and client for the project
- Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
- Produce Monthly CVR's
- Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Manage project budgets and monitor costs.
- Conduct site visits for accurate estimating.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers
