About you: You’ll have experience as a Store Manager within a similar environment, with a passion and love for fashion!

What you’ll be doing as Store Manager:

• Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
• Use visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
• Develop and drive in-store sales, continually identifying growth opportunities and positively impacting KPIs.
• Manage and control costs while influencing key commercial decisions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, products, and customers—driving passion within your team and to customers.
• Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns, resolving them quickly and leaving a positive impression.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver the highest standards.
• Build relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Be innovative, take ownership, and work with autonomy.
• Lead the team with a positive "anything is possible" attitude!
• Be the face of our Harrogate Sosandar store once it opens.

Hours: 40 per week.
