What youll be doing as Store Manager:

Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
Use visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
Develop and drive in-store sales, continually identifying growth opportunities and positively impacting KPIs.
Manage and control costs while influencing key commercial decisions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sosandars brand, products, and customersdriving passion within your team and to customers.
Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns, resolving them quickly and leaving a positive impression.
Coach and develop your team to deliver the highest standards.
Build relationships with internal and external business partners.
Be innovative, take ownership, and work with autonomy.
Lead the team with a positive "anything is possible" attitude!
Be the face of our Harrogate Sosandar store once it opens.

Hours: 40 per week.
