The Company:We are thrilled to be exclusively supporting a successful, growing business in the North Yorkshire area in their search for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage their UK based supply chain.The Role:Reporting into the Finance and Operations Director, this role will play a key part in the success and growth of the business. Some of the key responsibilities of the role will be:
  • Monitoring and planning stock levels and replenishment, ensuring 100% stock availability and accurate stock records are maintained in all stock holding locations.
  • Processing orders received from trade customers and managing their fulfilment through to completed delivery in line with customer’s requirements.
  • Managing the company’s relationship with manufacturers, fulfilment partners and trade customer supply chain teams 
  • Ownership of the company’s S&OP process - demand planning, supply forecasting and ordering of finished goods and components, to ensure the company has the correct stock cover, in the correct locations, at all times
The Person:
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, able to hit the ground running
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers and 4PL service providers
