AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services
- Role - Operations Processor (parcel sorter)
- Location - HOWDEN
- Shifts - Mon - Fri
- Hours -15.30-19.30
- Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: 11.65 per hour
- Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: 14.30per hour
- Pay Saturdays: Additional 1.15 per hour
- Pay Sundays: Additional 2.15 per hour
- Pay OT: 17
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scanning and processing all incoming parcels
- Sorting parcels by hand
- Observing Health & Safety Rules and keeping warehouse clean
- Bagging and labelling parcels for delivery
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
- Manual lifting of shipments is required
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great team work
