Location: Knighton DepotHours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to FridayRole Summary:We are looking for a Service Administrator who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers at our clients Knighton Depot, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information throughout the service process.Key Responsibilities:Manage work in progress (WIP) in the workshop.Assist customers face-to-face and over the phone with a friendly approach.Schedule MOTs and services.Update customers on their vehicle's progress.Clarify repair details (Retail, Warranty, or Contract) for customers and the workshop.Check account details and obtain necessary authorisations.Inform customers about outstanding campaigns and schedule work.Promote additional products and services.Maintain the customer reception area to a professional standard.Provide holiday cover for invoicing tasks and assist with other duties as needed.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Strong customer service skills.Good organisational and administrative skills.Effective communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work both in a team and independently.Familiarity with IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of the automotive industry and the Autoline computer system is a plus.
