Knighton - commutable from Craven Arms, Ludlow, Newtown, Abermule, Montgomery, Bishop's Castle, Ludlow, Leominster and surrounding areas.

Are you a Service Advisor and looking for a new role within a company that provides you with training as well as the chance to develop your skillset in other departments within the company?

My client is a world leader in their industry and have been established for over 38 years. Over this period, they have built a notable name in their industry and are going through a strong growth period. Due to this they are looking to add to their team of Service Administrators.

The day to day of this role will involve dealing with customer needs, service and MOT scheduling, selling additional products and services, loading workshop schedules, updating customers with vehicle progress reports and cover work on invoicing tasks.

The ideal candidate for this role would be Service Administrator from an automotive or truck background or an individual with customer service experience within a busy environment who is used to working at a desk, inputting data, being organized, scheduling work, updating clients and working on a computer. Prior experience with Autoline computer system will be an advantage.

The Person:

  • Can work in a busy environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Organised
  • Can work well within a team
  • Within commutable distance of Knighton
  • Prior experience with Autoline computer system will be an advantage
