Do you have a background in the automotive industry or a dealership background? Are you looking for a company with strong values, good people, full industry training and prioritise their staff's development and progression in a stable Monday to Friday position?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the largest privately owned HGV Dealerships in the UK, they are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals who want help them continue their success. They have 6 sites across the UK and give world class training to upskill each member of staff who join.

This varied role will see you responsible for the control of works throughout the depot, scheduling MOT and services, updating customers both face-to-face and over the phone, upselling additional products and maximising the profitability of the depot. This role has overtime every day, with 1 Saturday in 4 also paid as overtime to boost your earnings.

This role would suit a someone from a dealership or vehicle industry background looking for a Monday to Friday, permanent role, within a forward thinking company who looks after their staff, provide full industry training and the opportunity to progress your career.

The Role:

  • Controlling the progress of works through the depot
  • MOT and Service scheduling
  • Face to Face, Telephone and Email Customer Service
  • Full Training provided
  • Monday to Friday (8-5PM)
  • Overtime every day and 1 Saturday in 4.

The Person:

  • Background in Dealership / Automotive Industry
  • Background in Customer Service
  • Commutable to Knighton
