Leading Super-Prime Residential Contractor is looking for the best - could that be you?
This 15-year-old, 45m+ turnover contractor (a leading name in their sector), work on complex and challenging residential refurbishment contracts (traditional contracts NOT Design & Build). They are securing "some of the best work they have ever undertaken", have a full order book through to the end of 2026 - and in to 2027, and require a Senior Site Manager to join them on this exciting journey.
The schemes are generally valued between 5m and 15m in prime areas such as Chelsea, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington and Mayfair.!
Typically, the Senior Site Manager will be expected to take full autonomy of one scheme as the No1 on site, allowing exacting attention to detail, absolute commitment, and a pro-active approach. The Senior Site Manager would benefit from a Contracts Manager either solely based on one job (if upwards of 10m) or visiting your project several times a week. They Contracts Manager would take full ownership of the programme and any contractual issues.
The successful candidate will be / have:
Background as a fully-fledged Senior Site Manager, with recent experience of prime central London traditional refurbishment/fit-out projects.
Time spent with previous employers is a big appeal.
Demonstrate successful delivery on similar super-prime London residential projects as a Senior Site Manager.
