Here at GXO Knottingley (WF11 0AB) we're looking for Class 1 Driversto join our team.  You’ll be working on a full-time, permanentbasis, 48 hours per week, on a shift pattern of Tuesday – Saturday with start times from 15:00hrs.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Safely and efficiently transport goods between TJX sites, will involve collections from vendors
  • Adhere to all relevant legislation and company policies pertaining to driving, safety, and vehicle operation.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness
  • Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays, issues, or changes during journeys
  • Perform any other duties related to the role as required

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A full EU driving licence with category C+E entitlement
  • A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
  • Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 current penalty points
  • No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
