Due to a client expansion we are now on the look out for an onsite account manager for our ever evolving customer based close to Wakefield West Yorkshire!

The onsite account managerwill be responsible for all day to day operations for our customer toensure smooth operational success.


Recruitment Resourcer responsibilities:


  • Manage and recruit for a reputable logistics company based one site close to Wakefield, taking ownership building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
  • Understanding client requirements / deadlines.
  • Overachieving KPIs set out by team managers.
  • Advertise jobs and engage with potential candidates via phone, text, email and socials.
  • Arrange walk around and inductions.
  • Take control of all admin such as new start set ups and RTW checks.
  • Check in new starters and set up workers on clock card machine.
  • Regularly updating management team.
  • Fully understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment of these is consistently achieved
  • Effective worker management including absence, pay queries, performance, retention, etc.
  • Attend weekly meetings to review performance and delivery.
  • Plan and organise the induction process for new starters including a meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs / clock cards etc.


Recruitment Resourcer skills and experience:


  • Travel to site daily and liaise with team to plan for the day.
  • Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle required due to the location of the new site.
  • Must have exposure to building client relationships at all levels.
  • Experienced and successful at managing and delivering results and delivering performance stats.
  • Computer literate (mainly excel)
  • Experience with strong people management skills and enjoys a challenge and working to targets.
  • Excellent communication skills!
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships
  • Problem solving ability and able to use own initiative.
  • Excellent organiser.
  • The ability to effectively handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise.
