As a Nursing Home Manager you will:

Contribute to forming and heading a a team
Keep profit and loss within budget
work with local authorities and use marketing strategies to increase occupancy of the home for private paying residents
Oversee daily operations and management of the home

Package and Benefits:

The Nursing Home Manager package includes:

Annual salary of up to 75,000 DOE
35 Days (including Bank holidays)
Company Sick Pay
Employer Pension Contributions:
KPI bonus payed 4 times per annum

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role
Nurse Qualified is preferable
Knowledge of CQC requirements.
Excellent management skills.
Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles
