THE ROLE
We are looking for a sales-driven, ambitious, and consultative professional to manage and grow a lucrative territory covering Devon & Cornwall. Your role will be to engage, consult, and sell advanced dental solutions to private practices and clinics.
Identify & approach potential customers (dentists & practice owners).
Build relationships & educate decision-makers on premium dental solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations & consultations to secure sales.
Work autonomously with full support & training from a market leader.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a confident, influential, and self-motivated salesperson with a track record in field sales. Experience selling dental, medical, or high-value consultative products is highly desirable, but top sales talent from other industries will be considered.
3 years of proven field sales experience.
Strong hunter mentality – competitive & driven to exceed targets.
Ability to build long-term relationships & influence key decision-makers.
Passionate, eager to learn, and excited about high-growth opportunities.
Previous experience in dental sales or medical devices is a huge advantage, but we are open to ambitious sales professionals from other industries looking to break into this exciting sector.
