Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations
- Provide support to senior management and other departments
- Manage internal and external communications with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and events
- Assist with the coordination of inbound sales enquiries
- Support with the creation of contracts
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the housing of professional services sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
- A compassionate and professional approach when interacting with residents and staff
