Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and events
  • Assist with the coordination of inbound sales enquiries
  • Support with the creation of contracts
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the housing of professional services sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
