Technical Account Manager

A global leader in software tool creation, our client is approaching 20 years in business at the cutting edge of the web security industry. Their software is the standard within the industry for web security professionals - and as they're entering an exciting period of growth, they're looking for a number of Technical Account Managers to support the Sales Team with project management and more.

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be a key liaison, bridging the gap between customers, software developers, and product management. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients successfully deploy and optimize our products.

  • Assist customers in deploying our products in various environments
  • Inform and train clients on how to optimally use products to enhance their experience and improve satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the flexibility and deliverables of our products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers to understand product features and provide insights into real-world customer usage.
  • Investigate bug reports by attempting to reproduce and diagnose customer issues.
  • Liaise with technical product managers to prioritize software development work, championing the customer's perspective.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to ensure potential customers maximize the use of product trials.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to support and drive technical sales.

Requirements:

  • You have an aptitude for quickly learning new products and technologies, with a focus on understanding their application in customer environments.
  • An interest in understanding tech, cyber security and adept at translating complex ideas and processes into digestible information
  • Ideally degree educated
  • You have the ability to use a logical approach to troubleshoot problems.
