Senior Administrator - Wealth Management
Location : Knutsford
Salary: Up to 30,000

An Experienced Financial Services Administrator is required to work for our client, a small, established, and growing firm of Financial Advisers. Supporting a Financial Advisers and working alongside an Administrator the successful Candidate will join the Practice at an exciting time and will become a fundamental part of their exciting growth plans. Forming part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK, our client offers first class training and support and ongoing career development.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for;

" Point of contact for new and existing clients to deal with any queries

" Process new business and ensure clients are kept updated with progress

" Deal with letters of authority and requests for information from external providers

" Help to book meetings for adviser and ensure that all review meetings are booked within appropriate timeframes

" Complete all review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements

" Update CFRs for new and existing clients

" Deal with any incoming post for clients and scan and save in appropriate files

" Process withdrawal requests

" Process switches and portfolio rebalancing

" Involved in some aspects of Paraplanning

Candidates applying must have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners and confident speaking with clients on a regular basis.

You will understand how the industry works, and be keen to develop your skills and progress within Financial Planning. Excellent communication skills are required.

You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals. REF: 14828
