The RoleSuccessful Candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing/sales tools and related content, and have excellent project management, communication and team skills. Key elements of this role include:                                             
  • Leading on marketing opportunities for Health & Benefits GB.
  • Working with our Health & Benefits team of consultants in a collaborative manner to develop materials that support growth opportunities.
  • Supporting Request for Proposal (RfP) responses from clients and prospects.
  • Network internally/externally and represent WTW at industry events as appropriate.
  • Developing and maintaining all H&B propositions. Working with proposition owners, core business pillar leaders and GAL to ensure all documents and materials are stored in the right locations and updated to maintain relevant information.
  • Maintain knowledge of latest WTW sales materials – value propositions, survey insights, correct format and style to apply through H&B materials. 
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends and innovations. 
  • Conduit for internal and external events, preparing materials, provide resources for presenters, follow-up activities and support with logistics. 
  • Driving and delivering marketing campaign activity, co-ordinating the necessary resources to ensure a success. 
  • Support and plan events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars etc. that facilitate business development opportunities.
  • Utilisation of Dynamics CRM tool – Click Dimensions – to create and send mailers, campaign tracking, follow-up and success measures.
  • Interface with external resources i.e. Cameron Wells agency to create and deliver marketing campaign materials such as Vendor24. 
  • Manage agreed budgets to complete activities, timelines and resources.
  • Extend and develop external profile of WTW H&B – working with PR resources to develop and grow profile. 
  • Co-ordinating external membership with professional associations to drive and develop business development.
  • Introduce thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels working with subject matter experts to develop content to drive interest. 
  • Commercial focus to support H&B revenue growth aspirations.
  • Develop profile within H&B and across other lines of business to promote H&B. Including key stakeholders, clients, partners, industry influencers. 
  • Collaboration – support activities to develop materials that will facilitate cross sell to existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaigns and development of H&B materials.
  • Ad-Hod tasks as requested by Senior Management.
The Requirement
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral communication skills.
  • IT skills – MS Office and particular PP
  • Deep knowledge in Health and Benefits, including benefits administration and flexible benefits as well as a proven track record for marketing support and successful initiatives in a large corporate environment.
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in global benefits approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
  • English language skills required and additional language skills a bonus.
  • Proactive networking, internal and external.
  • Ability to employ and understand digital technology and social media and identify new uses to improve business outcomes.
  • Market knowledge / intelligence to help shape proposition and positioning.
  • Strong and developed LinkedIn profile and experience. 
  • Proven ability to utilise CRM systems for marketing campaigns - MS Dynamics would be preferred.
