A market-leading UK Group is looking for a confident and organised E-Learning and Training Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Knutsford. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Training and Development to create engaging e-learning training material and expand the use of the company's Learning Management System.The business has a commitment to continuous training and development empowering their employees to achieve their professional goals. With 380+ UK branches serving their local areas, they are a thriving business that offers excellent long-term career stability and opportunities.Role ResponsibilitiesJoining this business as an E-Learning and Training Coordinator, you will:

  • Design and develop engaging e-learning content, ensuring seamless integration into the company's Learning Management System - Totara
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and management to create accurate, relevant, and impactful learning materials
  • Implement strategies to maximise employee engagement and learning outcomes through the LMS
  • Regularly audit and update existing content and digital training materials to align with organisational goals and evolving priorities
  • Support the Head of Training & Development with periodic production of reports, analysis and other key management information
  • Coordinate internal training events including week-away residential courses 4x a year (liaising with/booking venues and accommodation, preparing materials, inviting attendees)
  • Coordinate graduate recruitment - working with various recruitment partners and training providers

  • Normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday-Friday (please note this role is 37.5 hours/week and full-time office-based. However, some flexibility can be offered with the working hours should a slightly earlier or later start/finish be required).

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should be:

  • Experienced in e-learning and learning management systems (knowledge of Totara would be desirable)
  • An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
  • Confident and outgoing with the ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Well-organised with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Creative design skills
  • Interested in people and the investment in learning and development of individuals
