What an ideal customer service advisor would bring to the role
- Experience working within a call centre environment / telephone based work.
- FCA Regulated experience such as insurance, finance or car sales etc (not necessary)
- A good energy and skilled at building report with customers

Duties as a customer service advisor
- Respond to inbound enquiries by dialling out and explaining the product / service
- Identify opportunities to up-sell the services
- Complete all admin associated with enquiries
