Your new companyThis very successful and large organisation is seeking a sales coordinator to join their team. Due to growth, they are now looking to expand one of their customer service teams to help provide a better service to their customers and to maintain their excellent reputation. This is an entry level role and would be ideal for a recent graduate.Your new roleYou will be responsible for processing orders for customers, handling customer queries, providing technical information as and when needed for customers, providing quotes and providing prices. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers, logistics and shipping and other teams that are a part of the sales order process. You will also be raising contracts for customers and handling any queries around this and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team. This role will then follow on and progress to other roles within the business through promotions.What you'll need to succeedYou are a bright, professional and personable candidate and are seeking a role where you can build a career. You have an excellent work ethic and are willing to learn. You have great customer service skills and may have worked in a face-to-face customer service role previously. You're organised with excellent attention to detail. You're a team player and happy to help out.What you'll get in returnYou will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 - £26,000. You will also receive a very generous package including 26 days holiday plus bank, hybrid working after probation, excellent pension scheme, a bonus scheme paid out quarterly and other excellent benefits.
