Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
- Prepare, analyse and present financial reports to company directors
- Develop financial systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a management accounts reporting model with relevant updates, such as the rollover of the financial year and code mapping.
- Produce monthly management accounts and review all aspects with forward and retrospective view.
- Manage team within the finance department.
- Engage with auditors for company audits.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but will consider QBE.
- Proficient use of finance software.
- Strong financial modelling experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
